I contacted MacJunky today, with what appears to be a dire problem.
It looks like it may be unfixable, but that didn't stop Kia from giving me advice, and spending 20 mins going through options with me.
As he couldn't fix the issue, this advice was all free of charge. You can't really beat that!

Due to current events, you may be working from home, but are finding it increasingly hard to get 'on location' Support.
