Accidentally I deleted one user from my computer. It was a disaster. All files from my wife and the computer structure were gone.
I called him at 6 pm. At 8 pm I already had an appointment and this on Saturday evening! He did some abracadabra with my laptop and after 20 minutes all the problems were solved.
