As the original author of the MacFan article (couldn't resist) I've known Kia for a while now and I'm a fan.
He has helped with many Mac issues. He is very knowledgeable and driven by the will to make stuff work. That is a quality often underestimated in people.
As a freelance writer who depends on all her little machines, it is a quality much cherished. Kia has recently increased his likability by adopting a giant fluffy dog.
I now recommend him (Kia) to everyone.
